When My Clients Call I Pick up the Phone
At some law firms, when you call your attorney you will speak with a receptionist first, then a secretary, then an associate, and finally your attorney. While I don't mean to disparage their methods, I feel that personalized and dedicated client service is extremely important to people during these otherwise turbulent times. In fact, because my office is staffed only by myself and one paralegal, when my clients call to speak to me, I'm almost always available to address their questions or concerns.
I generally take on about two cases per month because it allows me to devote my full, one-on-one attention to each client. In fact, I only accept cases when I feel confident that I can secure compensation for clients and have even won settlements in cases that other lawyers had deemed impossible.
